Background

Amid growing interest in societal sustainability, Adopt Program grant activities create a foundation for realizing sustainable resource utilization and environmental conservation through waste reduction, recycling promotion, environmental awareness improvement, and collaboration between administration and citizens at the regional level. These initiatives play a very important role in promoting a circular economy that recycles resources.

Shokukankyo has provided grants to a total of 945 organizations, including those newly participating in the "Adopt Program" and those seeking to further enhance and expand their Adopt activities. Shokukankyo will provide grants again this fiscal year.
