Notice Regarding Acquisition of All Shares of Emori Kikaku Co., Ltd. by Kanematsu Communications Ltd.

We hereby announce that Kanematsu Communications Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "KCS"), a group company of Kanematsu Corporation, acquired all shares of Emori Kikaku Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Emori Kikaku") as of April 1, 2026.

As a primary agent for telecommunication carriers such as NTT Docomo, KDDI, and SoftBank, KCS operates approximately 320 stores nationwide for the sale of mobile communication devices, including mobile phones *1. In addition, it provides content based on mobile phones and various solutions utilizing the mobile environment.

Meanwhile, Emori Kikaku operates four Docomo Shops as a primary agent for NTT Docomo, primarily in Fukui Prefecture, and is also actively expanding its business for corporate clients.

Through this share acquisition, KCS aims to expand and strengthen its mobile terminal sales network and further grow its corporate business through collaboration with Emori Kikaku.

Going forward, we will continue to strive for the widespread adoption of mobile terminals and the provision of related services, enabling customers living in the region to lead safer, more secure, convenient, and comfortable lives, through the operation of community-based carrier shops.
