Focus on Okada and Shida's moving first experience, "gulping down the soup" of "Cold Delicious Ramen"!
This CM depicts Masaki Okada and Sara Shida visiting "Dotonbori Kamukura" and savoring "Cold Delicious Ramen." Okada and Shida enter the restaurant after passing through the noren curtain. In response to Okada's question, "Haven't you started (Cold Delicious Ramen) yet?", Shida appears listless, saying, "I've lost my appetite due to summer fatigue..." While Shida looks on, Okada recalls his own surprise and delight upon eating "Cold Delicious Ramen" for the first time, remembering the cool soup with plenty of napa cabbage. "...Shall we start?" Okada invites, and the "Cold Delicious Ramen" is served. Shida, who had claimed to have no appetite moments before, completely changes her expression after the first bite. With a beaming smile as if her summer fatigue had vanished, she energetically slurps the noodles. In the end, both hold up their bowls and take a big gulp of the soup, showing expressions of great satisfaction.

Even after the shoot, the two actors continued to enjoy "Cold Delicious Ramen," bringing smiles to the staff.
Okada, who continues his role from the previous CM, and Shida, who was a long-time patron of Kamukura and participated in filming for the first time, were both present. During the shoot, they couldn't help but exclaim "Delicious!" after tasting the soup, a characteristic of "Cold Delicious Ramen," and the filming proceeded in a consistently relaxed atmosphere. After the shoot, in addition to "Cold Delicious Ramen," they were also served the standard "Delicious Ramen." Both actors and the staff enjoyed the meal, saying, "It was delicious!" and it was a wonderful set that conveyed the actors' kind personalities.

Q. After actually eating the "Cold Delicious Ramen" during the shoot, what were your first impressions upon taking the first bite?
Okada: For the first bite, I mistakenly did the "hoo, hoo" (blowing to cool it down) (laughs). Although it was cold, I could still taste the sweetness of the napa cabbage from the regular Delicious Ramen, and it was incredibly delicious. I truly felt it was a product perfect for summer.
Shida: Simply put, it was "Delicious!" I often eat Kamukura's "Delicious Ramen" regularly, but my first impression was that this was something completely different. However, I felt the flavor was even more pronounced because it was cold. It still had the gentle flavor characteristic of "Delicious Ramen," but I could feel the rich umami more strongly, and it was incredibly delicious!
Q. Have you ever experienced a loss of appetite during the summer? If so, what do you usually do to prevent summer fatigue?
Okada: I... haven't! (laughs) I'm always a big eater, so I basically never lose my appetite. However, what I do pay attention to is not to disrupt my (dietary) balance too much, even if I do experience summer fatigue.
Shida: I do experience it quite often, and my appetite fluctuates a lot. When I have an appetite, I don't hold back at all, and I might even eat ramen late at night (laughs). I really don't hold back at all, but when I have summer fatigue, I try to eat cold or lighter foods as much as possible.
Q. What is something you want to start doing in your private life this summer?
Okada: When the sun sets later, I really feel, "Ah, summer has arrived." In this CM, when I saw the noren curtain, I thought, "Ah, summer has arrived!" I hope many people will try the "Cold Delicious Ramen."
Shida: When I take my dog for a walk, its paws get hot, so I check if the ground temperature is too hot by touching it. In that moment, I think, "Ah, summer has arrived."
