Kamukura Dotonbori (Kamukura), operated by Rissho Jitsugyo Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Shinosuke Fuse), and URBAN RESEARCH's new IP-based label, "C™ollaboration URBAN RESEARCH," will begin selling collaborative merchandise at URBAN RESEARCH stores and other outlets starting July 3 (Fri).

Dotonbori Kamukura × URBAN RESEARCH

This collaboration marks the first project under URBAN RESEARCH's new label "C™ollaboration URBAN RESEARCH," which centers on IP collaborations. The partnership was born from URBAN RESEARCH's roots in Osaka, aligning with Kamukura's brand message of "tasting Japan."

Inspired by Kamukura's brand philosophy, signature dish "Delicious Ramen," and its iconic logo, URBAN RESEARCH has created a special collection of T-shirts, caps, and tote bags that embody its interpretation of KAMUKURA. These items feature original graphics infused with the essence of both brands.

The trademark 'C™' symbolizes Collaboration, Creation, Communication, and Curation.

Content is created organically from staff passions and daily inspirations, with team members most enthusiastic about each theme taking the lead. Together with internal creators, collaboration partners, and external sales channels, the team curates concepts, products, creative, events, and campaigns.

The project aims to deliver original content that inspires 'empathy, experience, and participation' for culture enthusiasts.

About Dotonbori Kamukura (Kamukura)

With the brand message "tasting Japan," Kamukura is known for its comforting broth, ramen that highlights ingredient flavors, and hospitality-focused store experiences.

Founded on July 19, 1986, in Dotonbori, Osaka, with just 4 tsubo (approx. 13 sqm) and 9 seats. The signature dish, "Delicious Ramen," developed over 1.5 years by a founder with a French cuisine background, features a secret broth with cabbage and pork belly. Prepared by "Soup Sommeliers" who pass rigorous internal training, it ensures every customer enjoys a perfect bowl, anytime, anywhere.
