Prior to the full launch, a pre-open phase will begin on April 27, 2026, offering early access to certain functions and titles.

'ANIME' is a new category that expands the 'reading experience' Piccoma has built through manga and novels into a 'watching experience.' By incorporating cinematic expressions based on popular Piccoma original IPs, it provides a new way to enjoy beloved works.

Unlike standard 24-minute anime series, 'ANIME' realizes an easy viewing style through short-form duration, episode-based sales, and the 'Wait for $0' (Wait for Free) model. This encourages continuous viewing and integrates into daily habits. Furthermore, original works are available on Piccoma, allowing deeper enjoyment of the stories.

Notably, works in this category are produced using AI technology in parts of the process, under human creative direction and quality control.

### About the 'ANIME' Pre-launch Viewing Event In anticipation of the full release, a special 'ANIME' site and pre-launch viewing event are now open. By sharing target work information on X (formerly Twitter) from the special event page in the Piccoma app, users can watch the 'ANIME' episodes early for free.
