The special broth co-developed with Yamasa Soy Sauce Co., Ltd. has been upgraded from last year's 5 types of dashi (bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, dried sardines, kelp, and mackerel) to 6 types by adding "roasted flying fish dashi."
