NEC (Nippon Electric Company, Limited / Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Director, Representative Executive Officer, President and CEO: Takayuki Morita) and Kimura Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Saga City, Saga Prefecture, Representative Director: Takao Kimura, hereinafter "Kimura Information Technology") held a family-participation event, the "Idol Job Experience Event," on Saturday, March 14, 2026, aimed at improving the physical and mental health and motivation of employees.
On the day of the event, approximately 160 employees and family members, targeting children from preschoolers to junior high school students, participated. After receiving dance lessons from the professional idol group "LarmeR," the children performed together on stage, experiencing the appeal of the idol profession.
The event was jointly operated by Kimura Information Technology Co., Ltd., which develops "Idol Gakuen" (an educational platform for aspiring and current idols), and Sizuk Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Junji Yuasa).
Background of the Event In today's era where human capital management is demanded, NEC is focusing on new measures to support the physical and mental health and motivation of its employees as an initiative to contribute to improving the well-being and engagement of each individual employee. As part of this, aiming to provide value not only to the employees themselves but also to their families, the company is experimentally rolling out family-participatory experience programs internally.
The recently held "Idol Job Experience Event" was planned as one such initiative, with the goal of providing a special experiential opportunity for employees' children, while fostering a new relationship between employees and the company through the creation of family memories.

Event Content Participating children were divided into three teams by age and received direct dance lessons from professional idols and instructors. Utilizing dance lesson videos provided by "Idol Gakuen," they practiced while enjoying the choreography suited to their age and experience. The children, who were nervous at first, smiled more as the lessons progressed, filling the venue with smiles and vitality.
After the lessons, they appeared on stage with the idols and put on a confident performance in front of the audience. Watching employees and parents gave them a big round of applause, and the venue was enveloped in applause and smiles. At the end of the event, a commemorative photo session was held, allowing parents and children to spend a memorable time together.
