povo launches campaign making monthly 'Subsc Topping' effectively free for first month

KDDI, Okinawa Cellular, and KDDI Digital Life will run a campaign from June 8, 2026, offering a rebate of the first month fee in au PAY balance to those who newly register for povo2.0 or switch from other carriers and purchase the monthly subscription "Subsc Topping".

Subsc Topping is available in "5GB for 1,380 yen/month" or "30GB for 2,780 yen/month". Because it is a monthly subscription, users can enjoy povo2.0 data communication without having to purchase toppings each time. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via the povo2.0 app.

Campaign Overview

Benefit: First month of Subsc Topping effectively free (rebate in au PAY balance)

Conditions: ① New registration on povo2.0 "Call + Data" plan or switch from other carrier, and SIM activation completed within campaign period. ② au ID linked to povo account at time of Subsc Topping purchase. ③ Purchase Subsc Topping within 7 days after SIM activation (23:59 on the 7th day). ④ Payment for Subsc Topping completed by the 20th of the month following purchase. ⑤ Start using "au PAY" with the au ID from condition ② before the au PAY balance rebate.
