JVCKENWOOD Corporation held an internal event, 'SDGs Forum,' aimed at fostering employee awareness regarding the SDGs. This event has been held continuously since 2020, and this year marks its sixth time.

From January to March 2026, the company conducted lectures and training sessions focusing on topics such as D&I (Diversity & Inclusion), human rights, resource circulation, and caregiving issues, with a cumulative total of 3,778 employees participating.

<Overview of the 'SDGs Forum'> Under its corporate philosophy 'Creating excitement and peace of mind for the people of the world,' JVCKENWOOD promotes sustainability management that balances 'profitable growth' and 'solving social issues on a global scale,' aiming to enhance corporate value and realize a sustainable society.

In promoting sustainability management, based on the recognition that 'contributing to the achievement of the SDGs through business activities is essential,' the company has identified three materialities: 'Efforts for Safety and Security,' 'Response to the Environment,' and 'Sustainable Manufacturing.' Furthermore, it has formulated initiatives for 'Strengthening the Corporate Foundation,' such as D&I and the promotion of employee empowerment, and continues to monitor progress through KPI settings.

The 'SDGs Forum' is one of JVCKENWOOD's sustainability promotion activities, targeting themes related to the three materialities and the 'Strengthening of the Corporate Foundation.' Through this forum, the company aims to further penetrate understanding and awareness of sustainability internally.
