First, we had Dr. Ai Ogata, director of SEED DENTAL CLINIC in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, supervise the product as a pediatric dentist. Based on her expertise as a pediatric dentist, she has been involved in the design of the children's toothbrush.

New Industry Standard Brush Head for Children

The bristles for the children's toothbrush are 0.12mm spiral saturated polyester resin (PBT) bristles. Compared to commonly used nylon bristles, spiral saturated polyester resin (PBT) bristles are characterized by their superior durability, quick-drying properties, and cleaning ability. These spiral bristles not only achieve Vigaku Labo's characteristic "cleans thoroughly with just water" from previous products but are also designed with rounded tips to be gentler on teeth. By densely implanting bristles into each hole, they fit snugly against the teeth, reducing missed spots.

Inspection by human eyes, not machines

Vigaku Labo conducts all manufacturing domestically and performs full inspections. Similarly, for children's toothbrushes, the quality of each brush is carefully judged.
