This year's beer fair, perfect for enjoying a relaxing summer evening, features dishes prepared with French techniques using ingredients nurtured by the sea and fields of Kanagawa, along with a free-flow selection including aromatic craft beers.

The menu includes "Poêlé of Fresh Fish from Misaki and Sajima Ports with Sauce Belle O'Claire," "Burgundy-style Grilled Princess Top Shell from Sagami Bay with Escargot Butter," which offers the aroma of the sea and the rich flavor of escargot butter, and "Low-Temperature Roasted Kiyokawa Keisui Pork from Kanagawa Prefecture with Peach Sauce," which is cooked to a moist perfection.
