JTOWER Inc., a company specializing in communication infrastructure sharing, has completed the deployment of its indoor infrastructure sharing solution at Machida GION Stadium (Machida City, Tokyo), the home stadium for J1 League team FC Machida Zelvia. This project was finalized in time for the start of the 2025 J1 League season. The stadium, managed by Sports Park Partners Machida, was constructed in 1990, underwent renovations between 2009 and 2014, and features approximately 15,000 seats, meeting J1 League standards. JTOWER's infrastructure sharing approach allows for the consolidation of communication equipment from various mobile carriers into a single system. This method offers several advantages, including optimized space utilization, reduced power consumption, and a decrease in material usage and construction labor, thereby promoting an environmentally conscious and efficient network. Furthermore, the enhanced communication environment is expected to significantly improve the customer experience for stadium attendees. JTOWER commenced its commercial indoor infrastructure sharing services in 2014 and has since expanded its installations across diverse facility categories, including commercial complexes, office buildings, hospitals, administrative facilities, logistics centers, and arenas. By December 2025, the company had achieved 768 indoor infrastructure sharing deployments in Japan, covering both 4G and 5G technologies, establishing itself as a leader in the field. The company, established in June 2012 with headquarters in Minami Aoyama, Tokyo, and led by CEO Atsushi Tanaka, aims to contribute to societal digitalization by leveraging its expertise as a pioneer in infrastructure sharing.
