As an official product of "Yamagata Shonai MEGURIP," this dish recreates the beloved local Yamagata combination of "dashi and katsuobushi (bonito flakes)."
*Yamagata dashi is a traditional dish from Yamagata Prefecture made by finely chopping summer vegetables (such as cucumber and eggplant) and aromatic vegetables (such as myoga ginger and perilla leaves) and mixing them together.
