在此背景下，NEC 開發了此整合式安全套件，該套件不僅反映了上述指南的要求事項，更結合了 NEC 設施管理在廠務設施管理方面的專業知識，以及 NEC 安全部門在政府機關及重要基礎設施監控營運方面累積的實績。
