NEC's Financial Accounting System "GPRIME Financial Accounting" and AmbiRise's Electronic Billing System "Haratte" Begin Collaboration

(Headquarters: Hokkaido, Representative Director: Takahiro Watabe, hereinafter "AmbiRise") have collaborated on accounting-related operations to improve the efficiency of local government work, and have started system collaboration between NEC's financial accounting system "GPRIME Financial Accounting" and AmbiRise's electronic billing system "Haratte." Background of Collaboration: Currently, in many local governments, the manual entry of received billing data into financial accounting systems remains a burden on staff. In addition, issues such as transcription errors due to manual entry and subsequent rejections for review also occur. To solve these issues, we decided to link data between "GPRIME Financial Accounting," which supports core operations, and "Haratte," which handles the front end of electronic billing. Main Benefits of this Collaboration: Automatic transcription of expenditure orders and expenditure commitment/order. Based on billing data created and received in "Haratte," input information for creating expenditure orders and expenditure commitment/order forms within "GPRIME Financial Accounting" is automatically transcribed. Reduced operational burden and streamlined review. By minimizing manual entry, rejections due to input errors are prevented. This significantly reduces the administrative burden on local government officials and accelerates the review process up to payment. Seamless integration while maintaining operability. Since it is incorporated into the standard operations of the financial accounting system "GPRIME Financial Accounting," it can be used naturally within the conventional workflow without compromising operability from within that system.
