To further expand its DX business and maximize the value provided to customers, NEC is deploying its DX value co-creation model, "BluStellar" (Note), to NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation, NEC Nexsolutions, and NEC Fielding—all under the umbrella of NESIC Holdings Corporation—effective today.

Building on the group reorganization and strengthening efforts conducted to date, this initiative consolidates the strengths of NEC and its group companies under the "BluStellar" brand. It establishes a system to provide end-to-end support—from DX concept formulation to implementation, operation, and maintenance—for local governments and enterprises nationwide, where demand for DX is intensifying.

Through this, the NEC Group aims to achieve over 1 trillion yen in sales revenue through "BluStellar."

NEC has been advancing group reorganization with an eye toward further growth in its DX business, building a structure to strengthen DX support for companies and local governments across the country.
