Due to popular demand, we are hosting a live demonstration and free trial event for the "xTool Apparel Printer," a DTF (Direct to Film) printer that allows for the creation of professional-quality original merchandise at home or in a small office, at the major electronics retailer "Bic Camera Ikebukuro West Exit IT Tower Store."
At this event, visitors can operate the machine, experience printing firsthand, and consult with experts about integration. We invite you to experience the intuitive process that even beginners can operate easily.
■ Three Highlights of the Event
[See] Live Demonstration of the Printing Process
Specialized staff will explain and demonstrate the entire flow of DTF printing, from "design printing" to "drying" and "transfer film completion."
[Touch] Heat Press Experience
Visitors can experience the process of fixing the completed film onto fabric products using the dedicated heat press machine "xTool Selected HP2." You will be able to feel how simple and intuitive the operation is, even for beginners.
[Try] Print Testing on Diverse Materials
We will perform actual prints on common materials such as cotton and polyester so you can see the vivid colors and beautiful finish on the spot.
■ Highly Recommended! "Free Print Experience" with Your Own Materials
To fully experience the capabilities of this machine, we strongly recommend bringing your own materials (T-shirts, canvas totes, handkerchiefs, cloth pouches, etc.). We will perform the printing on-site, and you can take home the finished product.
Please send design data in advance: For customers who wish to print, we recommend sending your design data to the email address below to ensure a smooth process.
📩 Data submission: social.jp@xtool.com
Supported formats: SVG / DXF / JPG / JPEG / PNG / BMP / GIF / webp / TIFF
*Note on brought-in materials: We recommend cotton or polyester materials. Due to the shape of the material, special surface treatments like water-repellent coating, or materials extremely sensitive to heat, the print may not adhere or the material may be damaged.
■ About Test Printing at the Venue and Taking Home Film
Even if you do not bring your own materials, you can test print at the venue or take home printed "transfer film" as a sample. You can try transferring these at home using your own iron.
*Notes on test printing at the venue:
The number of T-shirts prepared for display/testing at the venue is limited. Therefore, if you do not bring your own materials, test printing at the venue is limited to a small size of "approximately 10cm x 10cm."
*Notes on home iron transfer:
Since household irons have a smaller pressing area compared to dedicated press machines and it is difficult to maintain uniform pressure and temperature, we do not recommend using them for transferring large designs.
