V-cube Supports Yamatane Group’s 100th Anniversary Athletic Meet "Yamatane Sports Festival 2025" via "One Event" Service

In this event, unique projects such as "Truck Tug-of-War" were realized as competitions characteristic of Yamatane, which operates in four businesses: logistics, food, information, and real estate, contributing to the development of a sense of unity within the organization.

■ Challenges and Background of Use

In holding the athletic meet as a project to commemorate its 100th anniversary, Yamatane faced the following challenges:

• Need for professionals for the first company-wide event: While holding the athletic meet itself was a first-time endeavor for the company, they strongly felt the need for professional expertise in planning and operation. The goal was not just recreation, but to create a high-quality venue that fosters organizational unity and to leave behind an internal event "asset."

  With a focus on "expressing the identity of the logistics business," a Truck Tug-of-War using a real truck was planned and executed. By implementing thorough safety measures using external expertise, it was successfully carried out as the highlight of the event.

  To alleviate the anxiety of secretariat members who lacked operational know-how, V-cube provided thorough accompanied support that went beyond formal assistance.
