Sansan Signs Distribution Agreement with Daiwabo Information System for Accounting AX Service 'Bill One'

Sansan, Inc., a provider of AX services that transform work styles, has signed a distribution agreement with major IT distributor Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. for its accounting AX service 'Bill One' in May 2026. By leveraging Daiwabo's 112 nationwide locations and a network of approximately 19,000 regional sales partners, the company will accelerate the provision of Bill One across Japan. Due to rising prices and labor shortages, the business environment for companies is becoming increasingly challenging, and the demand for productivity improvement remains high. Bill One receives invoices in any format on behalf of clients and digitizes them with 99.9% accuracy, eliminating analog invoice handling and contributing to the productivity of accounting departments in companies ranging from large enterprises to SMEs. Recently, the company has been strengthening its sales channels to promote DX and AI Transformation (AX) in regional areas. In December 2025, it launched 'Bill One for Small Business,' a partner-exclusive plan that combines features and pricing suitable for SMEs. This has created an environment where sales partners with strong regional customer bases can easily offer Bill One. By partnering with Daiwabo Information System, which has an extensive network of locations and sales partners, Sansan has decided to further strengthen its delivery system, leading to this agreement. Sansan has signed a primary distribution agreement with Daiwabo Information System, allowing sales partners who have secondary agreements with Daiwabo to offer Bill One. Additionally, Bill One will be listed on 'iKAZUCHI,' a subscription management portal operated by Daiwabo, enabling partners to manage Bill One alongside other subscription services for their customers.
