This initiative, following its adoption in July 2024, aims to realize the 'new facility management model integrating people and technology' that both companies have pursued, and is currently promoting practical implementation to solve issues in actual facility sites.

Background of Introduction: Currently, addressing labor shortages is an unavoidable challenge in the facility management industry. Maintaining high safety standards and improving service quality with limited personnel has become a critical management issue. AEON Delight is promoting the realization of a new business model that integrates 'human skills' and 'technology' to transform into a sustainable business model. As part of this, by combining existing security cameras with Asilla's behavior recognition AI, they are working to build a next-generation facility management system that provides a safe and comfortable facility environment and improves on-site operational productivity. The effectiveness of rapid response is currently being accumulated and verified. Based on these verification results, the development of a new security operation system that replaces part of patrol and standing guard duties with an AI system is currently being promoted.

Optimization and Implementation of Operations through Data Utilization: 'asilla BIZ' visualizes human flow within facilities and continuously analyzes detailed customer visit trends by day of the week, time of day, and area. Based on this data, methods for data-driven store operations and business efficiency improvements are being formulated, such as optimizing the operating times of cleaning robots and security robots introduced within the project.
