"Saying the Obvious Loudly": Anna Murashige on the Style of a Reiwa Variety Queen

Nippon Broadcasting's program "Akane Osawa LUCKY 7 supported by Inuzuka Seisakusho" (Nippon Broadcasting, Monday-Friday 9:50 PM - 9:57 PM), hosted by talent Akane Osawa, will broadcast the second public recording held at Nippon Broadcasting Imagine Studio from March 23 (Monday) to March 27 (Friday). Anna Murashige appeared as a guest and spoke about her thoughts on the entertainment industry and her personal style.

After graduating from the idol group HKT48, Murashige has been active primarily in variety shows and now boasts such popularity that there isn't a day she isn't seen in the media. In addition to gracing the covers of fashion magazines, she is expanding her range of activities, including modeling and producing lingerie.

Regarding her current success, Murashige spoke with a sense of fulfillment, saying, "I had a dream of becoming someone everyone knows. Every day is the entertainment industry! In the entertainment industry! It's truly fun. I think the entertainment industry is fun and bright."

As for what inspired her to aim for the entertainment industry, she cited the model and actress Reina Triendl, revealing an anecdote: "I learned about Triendl-chan in the magazine 'ViVi' and thought, 'I want to be like her,' so I always called myself 'Triendl-shige.'"

When asked about her role models, she replied, "I decided not to set any goals," confessing that she feels "even if there are three female talents on the same program, everyone has a different style." Among them, she mentioned Kasumi Mori, saying, "The core is the same, but the way they fight is different. That's cool..." She further reflected on herself, saying, "I think it's cool that I can properly create moments where guests can shine... I feel like I'm working really hard."

To a listener's question, "Is there a secret to asserting your opinion without being disliked by others?", she answered firmly, "It can't be helped if you're disliked. It's better not to unnaturally compromise yourself. Say the obvious things loudly! That's Murashige!" which brought the house down.
