In recent years, while some accounting firms make "employee expansion" a pillar of their growth strategy, an increasing number are aiming for a management style that achieves high profitability and productivity by leveraging their manageable size, without relying on significant staff increases.
The background to this includes hiring difficulties and rising personnel training costs, the evolution of technologies such as cloud accounting, RPA, and generative AI, and the diversification of values such as "wanting to manage my business in my own way" and "wanting to manage within the scope of the firm owner's oversight."

This organization will operate by incorporating and further evolving the activities of the "Financial Fund Procurement Consulting Association (FAA)," which was launched in 2013 and has held nearly 80 study sessions.
In this organization, we will cover a wide range of themes, including lectures by firms that achieve high profitability within the scope of the firm owner's oversight, as well as fundraising, sales methods, organizational management, utilization of accounting support (BPO), and utilization of remote workers.
