"Ongaku Hanto" is a music festival set on the Ajihan Peninsula. It aims to invigorate the Ajihan Peninsula with live performances that leverage the region's nature and sea.

Event Background

A nostalgic port town, with Yashima to the west and the Seto Inland Sea's magnificent views overlooking Shido Bay to the east. And recently, an increasing number of unique shops and accommodations run by "distinctive" players. The Ajihan Peninsula is currently gaining attention.

On the other hand, social issues such as the outflow of young people and depopulation due to the decline of local industries, making it difficult to maintain community activities and welfare, are also present.

We believe that what we can do now in this region where light and shadow coexist is to consolidate the scattered individualities. By connecting each unique point to form a line, we can generate a great power, and with that power, we want more people to know the wonders of the Ajihan Peninsula.

With that in mind, we are holding the music festival "Ongaku Hanto" with the theme of "Liberation." By conveying the charm of Ajimure to more people through special experiences that can only be had here, we aim to foster new encounters and challenges. By connecting the abundance of nature, new personalities, and good old culture overflowing on the Ajihan Peninsula, we will increase the number of related people and create an opportunity for Ajimure to become vibrant once again.

Goals of Ongaku Hanto

This inaugural year, the event will be held only at Kanayama Coast, but in the future, we aim to expand the venues within the peninsula and hold the festival throughout the entire Ajihan Peninsula.

Furthermore, we want to expand recognition both within and outside Kagawa Prefecture with the slogan "For Marine Day, come to Ajihan Peninsula," thereby increasing the number of related people with Ajimure and collaborating with those who will help revitalize Ajimure together.
