JINS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter JINS) held its 2026 new graduate induction ceremony at Belle Salle Kanda on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, where 238 individuals with diverse backgrounds joined the company as 'Global Employees'.

JINS's vision, 'Magnify Life - Unseen Light,' aims to illuminate unknown possibilities and enrich the lives of people worldwide. To deliver the JINS brand globally, the company operates 847 stores across 8 regions worldwide (as of the end of March 2026), including 567 domestic stores (as of the end of March 2026) and new markets entered last year, such as Mongolia and Vietnam. To enhance global competitiveness, it is crucial to provide even higher quality service at stores, which are central to the customer experience. Therefore, JINS has strategically strengthened the recruitment and development of global talent. Last September, JINS designated highly globally-oriented individuals as 'Global Employees' and reinforced support for their development and career formation to enable them to succeed globally. Furthermore, JINS resumed October intake for new graduates last year. By not limiting new graduate entry to only April, the company aims to expand opportunities for Japanese students studying abroad and international students, accommodating their diverse circumstances.

New graduates with global aspirations and diverse backgrounds join JINS

The 238 new graduates (excluding high school graduates) who joined this time are creators (general employees) who aspired to join as Global Employees. Approximately 30% of these 238, or 70 individuals, are foreign nationals, marking the highest proportion and number of foreign new graduates joining JINS in April to date. This achievement is attributed to increased recognition of the JINS brand abroad due to accelerated global expansion, active participation of foreign senior employees in company information sessions to help candidates understand the JINS brand, flexible selection processes designed to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds during the screening stage, and training programs for international students during pre-employment training to alleviate anxieties related to language and cultural barriers.

At the induction ceremony held on Wednesday, April 1, Ryo Tanaka (Representative Director, President COO of JINS Holdings Co., Ltd. / Representative Director, President of JINS Co., Ltd.) encouraged the new employees, stating, "JINS is a brand that can become the global No. 1 from Japan. For that, I expect all of you to become fully proficient as quickly as possible." Eriko Hagiwara, representing the new employees, expressed her aspirations to contribute to JINS's accelerated global expansion as a Global Employee: "I will actively communicate with customers and strive to grow into a presence that can deliver感動 (deep emotional satisfaction) to people worldwide."

Going forward, the new graduates will undergo approximately one month of training before being assigned to domestic stores to begin their careers. They aim to become individuals who drive the expansion of JINS's 'new normal' on a global scale, providing world-class customer experiences in diverse fields, both domestically, where inbound demand is high, and in rapidly growing overseas stores.
