Jinki Ittai Exhibition Content

■ [First Public Release] "Jinki Bilateral Arm," a collaborative robot that can be intuitively operated by humans

Jinki Ittai will unveil for the first time a collaborative robot equipped with its unique force control technology (※3). They will demonstrate robot operation that achieves intuitive operability with a "sense of force" transmitted, utilizing torque sensors on each axis. This robot uses a total of two collaborative robots, one as a work machine and one as an operating machine, to promote the mechanization of harsh, heavy-duty tasks that are difficult to automate, by freely manipulating the robot as an extension of one's own body. Humanoid Heavy Machinery "Type I Jinki ver.1.0" (Static Display)

This is a PoC prototype currently under independent development by Jinki Ittai, aiming to mechanize high-altitude delicate work in fields such as electric power, based on the technologies and knowledge cultivated through the development of the Type Zero Jinki. It features a variable mechanism with humanoid mode and four-arm mode, where the legs in humanoid mode also function as arms in four-arm mode.

The Type I Jinki is a collaborative development and design project involving three parties: directed by Mr. Kota Nezu of znug design, who handles Jinki Ittai's corporate design, incorporating designs by animation director Mr. Shoji Kawamori, and engineered by Jinki Ittai's mechanical design engineer, Masaya Nomura.
