Jinjib Co., Ltd. (Osaka City), which supports high school students in finding employment, will acquire all shares of 'Jinjib Career Co., Ltd.' (hereinafter 'Jinjib Career'), which handles the career information business from Chieru Communication Bridge Co., Ltd. (business taken over from Shoei Koho Co., Ltd.), effective April 1, 2026. Starting today, the Jinjib Group will fully launch this business. Through this transaction, our company will fully enter the support domain for higher education, which is the path for the majority of high school students, in addition to our strong field of high school graduate employment support.
