One of the major challenges when adopting an EV has been the high initial cost of installing charging equipment at home. Jigowatts aims to support more users in having a home charging environment by offering the "Ella" EV standard charger with communication functions for a nationwide unified price of ¥121,000 (excluding tax), including the main unit and installation. No changes to electricity contracts are necessary; simply apply to complete the procedure.
Furthermore, using the proprietary smartphone app "Jigowatts Home" provided by Jigowatts enables safer and more flexible charging operations.

1. Remote adjustment of charging output (6A to maximum 16A / adjustable in 1A increments)
In typical home electricity contracts (40A-50A are common), using the charger concurrently with other appliances can trip the circuit breaker.
By adjusting the output via the app, you can charge safely without needing to change your contracted amperage.
