Nippon Insulation Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka; Representative Director and President: Tsuyoshi Nakano) has established a new scholarship repayment support system starting April 2026. As part of its human capital management promotion, the company has decided to introduce this system with the aim of supporting employees in repaying scholarships they received during their student days, thereby reducing their financial burden.

About the Scholarship Repayment Support System

This system provides support to employees who borrowed loan-type scholarships (Type 1 and Type 2) from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) under their own name while enrolled in graduate school (doctoral/master's), university, junior college, technical college, vocational school, or high school, and who are scheduled to repay themselves or are already repaying. The company directly repays all or part of the repayment amount to the scholarship creditor.

Support Details

10,000 yen per month, total maximum of 1.2 million yen

Eligible Applicants

Employees who are within 10 years of joining the company and under 30 years old at the time of application, and who are scheduled to repay themselves or are already repaying.

Loan-type scholarships (Type 1 and Type 2) from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO)
