au Jibun Bank Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kenji Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as au Jibun Bank) held "Tiger Fans' Wallets au Jibun Bank Day" (hereinafter referred to as this sponsored game), for which it was the title sponsor, on June 6, 2026, at Hanshin Koshien Stadium during the Hanshin Tigers vs. Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles game.
At this sponsored game, winners of the au Jibun Bank "Special Event Participation Rights & Viewing Ticket Present Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as this campaign) were invited to a "special event to interact with players" and participated in events such as a player autograph session.
au Jibun Bank has been an official sponsor of the Hanshin Tigers since 2022 and holds a title-sponsored game every year. The name "Tiger Fans' Wallets au Jibun Bank Day" expresses our desire to be a "everyday bank" that supports the daily lives of everyone who cheers for the Hanshin Tigers.
On the day of the game, banners, flags, and posters for "au Jibun Bank Day" decorated the stadium, and original au Jibun Bank x Hanshin Tigers design fans were distributed to attendees. Fans holding the fans could be seen throughout the stands.
Events Held at This Sponsored Game
1. Special Event to Interact with Players
Each event was participated in by those who won this campaign.
Player Autograph Session
In the player autograph session, where participants could receive a signed ball directly from one Hanshin Tigers player, pitcher Haruto Takahashi appeared. The moment participants saw the player, they erupted in surprise and joy, having eagerly awaited this moment.
Pitcher Takahashi carefully signed each ball, saying "Thank you," and readily agreed to take photos, creating an enjoyable interaction between the player and the children.
*Photos are published with the permission of the families of the children who participated in the autograph session.
Practice Viewing Tour
The practice viewing tour, held before the game, was a special program that allowed participants to watch the players' warm-ups and batting practice up close from the field, a place normally inaccessible. Exclamations of admiration were heard not only from children but also from adult participants.
It was a valuable opportunity where the players' powerful movements and voices could be directly felt. Participants commented, "To be able to see the players this close," and "It became a lifelong memory."
Stamen KIDS
For Stamen KIDS, children wore "KIDS uniforms" provided by the Hanshin Tigers and took their positions on the field before the game began to welcome the starting lineup players.
Although the children, standing on the Koshien field which they normally cannot enter, showed mixed expressions of nervousness and excitement, the players interacted with them with smiles and high-fives to ease their tension. The children gradually began to smile, and at the end, they received signed balls as gifts.
2. Raffle
A raffle was held in front of Mizuno Square outside the stadium for those holding that day's game tickets. Winners received prizes such as autographed colored papers by players and original design au PAY gift cards.
Many people participated from the start, and applause erupted each time a winner was announced. We heard comments from participants such as, "I won the autographed colored paper of the player I support," and "I can use the au PAY gift card right away at the stadium."
3. First Pitch Ceremony
President and Representative Director Tanaka took the mound for the first pitch ceremony just before the game started, wearing the jersey number "0039," which is au Jibun Bank's bank code.
As all eyes in the stadium focused on him, he threw the ball powerfully. It drew a graceful arc and landed perfectly in the catcher's mitt. Cheers and shouts of "Nice pitching!" rose from the entire stadium, accompanied by loud applause.
4. In-Game Events & Live Commercials
At the end of the 3rd inning, an in-inning event was held where children of our employees challenged themselves to catch fly balls. Two children cheered enthusiastically for one child attempting to catch a fly ball, and the entire stadium was enveloped in warm support.
Additionally, at the end of the 4th inning, a live commercial featuring the stadium MC and cheerleaders was broadcast.
The "Cheer for Hanshin Tigers! 'Uru Tora no Natsu 2026' Present Campaign," which ran until June 14, 2026, where lucky winners were drawn from customers who met the application conditions to receive pair viewing tickets and limited original merchandise, was introduced.
In this game, the Hanshin Tigers defeated the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles 1-0.
The players showed powerful play until the end, and loud cheers and applause were sent from the stands.
We sincerely thank everyone who attended, the Hanshin Tigers club officials, and all those who cooperated.
Together with everyone who supports the Hanshin Tigers, au Jibun Bank will continue to fully support the Tigers' challenges.
