JHAT Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Akira Hirabayashi) will open the 'Premium hotel MONday Maihama View II,' the 37th facility of the 'hotel MONday Group,' on Friday, September 11, 2026, in Minami-Kasai, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo. This property follows the 'Premium hotel MONday Maihama View I,' which opened on December 5, 2025, and the 'GRAND MONday Resort Tokyo Bay Maihama,' scheduled for July 18, 2026, marking the third hotel in the Maihama area.

'Premium hotel MONday Maihama View II' proposes a new stay experience with various guest rooms, including a 75.39㎡ River View Suite and a Grill Dining Suite with a private terrace. It also features a steak and hamburger restaurant serving aged meat, a large public bath with an authentic sauna, and a fitness gym.

A key feature of 'Premium hotel MONday Maihama View I and II' is the rooftop pool—the only one in the Maihama area—providing an extraordinary experience far from the bustle of the city. The infinity pool located on the top floor offers a resort-like atmosphere. At night, guests can enjoy the illuminated pool reflecting the beautiful city lights and fireworks of the Maihama area. Cabanas for privacy are available poolside for a premium resort experience.

The pool is open to both guests and local visitors for a fee. It is scheduled to operate from Friday, September 11, to Monday, October 12, 2026. To celebrate the opening, guests can enjoy a campaign offering free access to the day and night pool.
