Premium hotel MONday Maihama View I (Edogawa-ku, Tokyo), operated by JHAT Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, CEO: Akira Hirabayashi), will open its rooftop infinity pool located on the top floor starting April 25, 2026.

To commemorate this, we will hold an opening campaign for guests staying for a limited time from April 25 to July 17, 2026.

Campaign Details
Period: Saturday, April 25, 2026 – Friday, July 17, 2026. All accommodation plans are eligible!
Existing reservations are also eligible for the campaign.

1. Free Rooftop Infinity Pool Access!
- Both the day pool and night pool can be used for free.
- No reservation is required for the pool during this period.
- Visitor (outpatient) use requires a reservation and is subject to a fee.

2. One Free Margherita Pizza at the restaurant "GOOD PIZZA FACTORY K6"!
- Guests using restaurant K6 for dinner will receive one Margherita pizza for free per room (once during their stay).
- Enjoy exquisite pizza baked in an authentic pizza oven.

With an open location overlooking the Tokyo Bay area, we offer a special time: a day pool that families and friends can enjoy during the day, and a night pool for adults (limited to 18 years old and over) at night.
During the Golden Week holidays and early summer season, you can enjoy an extraordinary resort experience along with your hotel stay.

"Day Pool" to enjoy with children (10:00 - 17:00)
During the day, it operates as a day pool for families to enjoy. You can spend time playing in the water and relaxing with your family.
We rent out arm helpers (arm floats) for children free of charge. (Quantities are limited)

[Adults Only]
"Night Pool" surrounded by night views and silence (18:00 - 21:00)
At night, the pool transforms into a night pool with a calm atmosphere. You can enjoy a special moment for adults in a space with an illuminated water surface and a panoramic night view. (Available for those aged 18 and over)

[Available for Day Trips] (Visitors)
Non-staying guests can also use the pool for day trips for a fee. Feel free to use it for refreshing after work or on weekends.

4 "Cabanas" (Private Spaces with Roofs) Installed
We have prepared 4 cabanas (private spaces with roofs) poolside. You can relax and avoid the sunlight. Reservations are required for use, so please check the official website.
Usage fee: 5,000 yen / 3 hours

Facilities to Enjoy After the Pool
The 1st-floor restaurant "GOOD PIZZA FACTORY K6" serves authentic oven-baked pizza. In addition, guests having dinner will receive a special benefit of one free Margherita pizza per room (once during the stay). The large public bath "Maitsuki no Yu" is also available, allowing you to warm your tired body from the core after playing in the pool and spend a relaxing, healing time.

The large public bath is free of charge for staying guests. Visitors: [Mon-Thu] Adults 1,000 yen / Elementary school students and under 500 yen, [Fri-Sun/Holidays] Adults 1,500 yen / Elementary school students and under 1,000 yen.
The large public bath with sauna is operated on a time-shift system. Please note that admission may be restricted.
