They will launch a new service utilizing "SOKUYAKU," an online medical consultation and medication guidance service operated by the Company, to address sudden illnesses of students during school trips.

However, health issues such as sudden fever or abdominal pain in an unfamiliar environment are major sources of anxiety for students themselves, as well as for accompanying teachers and guardians. Visiting medical institutions at travel destinations, in particular, presents the following challenges:

- Difficulty finding hospitals in unfamiliar areas - Impact on itinerary due to waiting times - Risk of infection to other students - Burden of contacting and responding to guardians

To solve these issues, Kinki Nippon Tourist, with its long track record in educational travel, and J-Frontier will collaborate to provide a new service that further enhances the safety and security of school trips by utilizing SOKUYAKU.

Service Features

1. **Immediate Doctor's Consultation, Anytime, Anywhere** When a student reports feeling unwell during a school trip, they can receive an online medical consultation from a doctor on the spot via smartphone or tablet. Consultations are available even at night or on holidays, significantly reducing the effort of finding local medical institutions, the burden of traveling to hospitals and pharmacies, and waiting times for consultations.

2. **Prompt Receipt of Prescribed Medication** If a prescription is necessary after the consultation, medication can be picked up at the accommodation or a nearby pharmacy after receiving online medication guidance. Same-day pickup of medication is possible in the shortest time.

3. **Providing Peace of Mind to Guardians and Schools with a Three-Way Call Function** When conducting online medical consultations and medication guidance with a doctor and pharmacist, guardians can optionally participate remotely.
