JFEエンジニアリング株式會社(社長:福田 一美、總社:東京都千代田區)近日接獲神奈川縣足柄上衛生組合的「新可燃廢棄物處理設施整建、營運事業」(以下稱「本事業」)訂單。
本事業由南足柄市、中井町、大井町、松田町、山北町、開成町等1市5町共同建構廣域處理體系,並將南足柄市清潔工場、大井美化中心、足柄西部環境中心整合,新建一座焚化設施(爐床式焚化爐,40噸/日×2座)。本公司與JFE環境科技株式會社[※1]組成共同企業體(代表企業:JFEエンジニアリング株式會社),以DBO方式[※2]統包本設施的設計、施工及長達20年的營運業務。
新建的焚化設施採用本公司獨創「高溫空氣燃燒技術」[※3]所發展的「對向流燃燒方式」[※4],可實現對各種垃圾量與垃圾質的低空氣比穩定燃燒。此外,導入全自動運轉系統「BRA-ING」[※5],以穩定燃燒並提升發電出力。
同時,導入包括AI煙霧偵測系統「Smoke AI®」[※6]在內的本公司獨創火災對策技術,並透過本公司橫濱總社內的「全球遠端中心」[※7]進行廠區遠端運轉監控與營運支援,以提供更安全、更高品質的設施營運。
