Many causes of work inefficiency stem from a lack of visibility regarding 'what, who, by when, and to what state' tasks should be progressed. By visualizing tasks, roles, deadlines, progress, and issues, teams can reduce dependency on specific individuals and rework, making it easier to move work forward. Kajita clearly conveyed the practical value of project management within the limited 10-minute timeframe. The 50th Seminar Contest Tokyo featured speakers active in various fields. According to the official event page, four participants including Kajita were listed, and Kajita competed as a 'Project Management Consultant.' Amidst speakers with diverse expertise, Kajita demonstrated his practical knowledge of project management and his ability to communicate as an instructor, resulting in a victory. With this win, Kajita will have the opportunity to challenge himself in the Kanto Block Tournament and subsequently the National Tournament. We expect high-level experts from various fields to gather at the National Tournament.
