We are pleased to report the usage results of JAL Group airlines during the 2026 Golden Week period (April 29 to May 6, 2026).
JAL Group Booking Status
1. Domestic Flights (Total of JAL, J-AIR, JAC, HAC, JTA, RAC) *Numbers in parentheses are as of May 7, 2025, for the period April 29 to May 6, 2025.
- The load factor during the Golden Week period reached a post-COVID record high of 84.6%, with the total number of passengers exceeding the previous year. The peak for outbound travel was May 2nd, and the peak for inbound travel was May 5th. - By region, particularly Hokkaido, Tohoku/Hokuriku, and Okinawa, saw more passengers than the previous year.
2. International Flights (Total of JAL, JTA) *Numbers in parentheses are as of May 7, 2025, for the period April 29 to May 6, 2025.
- The total number of passengers slightly exceeded the previous year. The peak for departures from Japan was April 29th, and the peak for arrivals in Japan was May 5th. - By region, particularly North America, East Asia, and Hawaii/Guam, saw more passengers than the previous year.

Particularly, Hokkaido, Tohoku/Hokuriku, and Okinawa regions recorded significantly higher load factors than the previous year.
