The JAF Fukushima Branch (Branch Manager: Takehiro Onuma) of the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) has partnered with "Hanare no Yado Yomogino" (Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture), a traditional Japanese inn at Bandai-Atami Onsen, to offer a discount on day-trip bathing fees for JAF members. This special offer is available exclusively through a JAF smartphone app coupon from June 23, 2026 (Tue) to August 31, 2026 (Mon), as part of an initiative to stimulate tourism demand and promote the utilization of local resources within Fukushima Prefecture.

Background

Hot spring resorts in Fukushima Prefecture are facing a need for sustained visitor attraction and further utilization of local resources.

Through its member discount services, the JAF Fukushima Branch aims to promote the use of tourist facilities, create opportunities for visitors from within and outside the prefecture, and publicize the region's attractions. This project is being implemented as part of those efforts.
