The JAF Shiga Branch (Branch Manager: Norimichi Sato) will hold an event at the 'Metasequoia and Horse Forest' tourist ranch (Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture) on Saturday, June 27th. Participants can get up close and personal with retired racehorses through activities such as stable tours, feeding experiences, and 'horse walks' (horseback riding) through the chestnut groves.
Safe even for first-timers interacting with horses! Staff well-versed in horses will be on hand on the day of the event. Families with small children and those who have never touched a horse before can participate with peace of mind.
