DSM Partners, for which the Japan Public Affairs Association (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroya Masuda) serves as the secretariat, held its FY2025 activity report meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2026, with participation from individuals responsible for DX and human resources in companies and local governments.

DSM Partners was launched in April 2023 as an autonomous community to utilize digital skill standards within companies and local governments and to share the knowledge and best practices gained from those efforts.

As the FY2025 activity report meeting for DSM Partners, the secretariat first provided a report on the organization's activities for the 2025 fiscal year.

Next, the chair explained the results and deliverables of the Educational Content Subcommittee and the Assessment Subcommittee. Following this, our association's Director, Takashi Iwamoto (Keio University), spoke on the importance of utilizing skill data and visualizing learning outcomes based on that data.

Subsequently, the secretariat provided an explanation of the deliverables for the 2025 fiscal year.

DSM Partners will hold its next meeting, the first general meeting of FY2026, on Thursday, April 16, 2026, starting at 3:00 PM. The event will feature a lecture by our association's Director, Takashi Iwamoto, and an explanation of the activity plan for the 2026 fiscal year.

Moving forward, DSM Partners will continue to collaborate with relevant ministries and other stakeholders to engage in ongoing discussions with companies and local governments regarding challenges and solutions related to the utilization of digital skill standards and the securing and development of digital talent, with the goal of achieving the social implementation of digital skill standards.
