This product is not intended for waterproofing functions, but rather is a shoe designed with consideration for walking stability in "slippery environments" found in everyday life, such as pedestrian crossings on rainy days, wet floors inside train stations, and melting snow paths.
Until now, thick-soled shoes have evolved mainly for competitive purposes such as running, but this product has been redesigned specifically for everyday use from the perspective of "walking safely on ordinary days."
An Idea Born from the Realization of a Hokkaido Native In life in Hokkaido, there are everyday situations where one must pay attention to their footing, such as snowy roads, frozen road surfaces, and wet road surfaces caused by melting snow. The sense of walking so as not to slip, or placing one's feet while observing the condition of the road surface, is natural for people from Hokkaido.
