New Management Structure and Future Growth Strategy

iXs Inc. (Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director CEO: Takashi Kano) is a technology company that integrates robotics, AI, XR, and 3D data, aiming to "solve social issues in social and industrial infrastructure" under its mission "Protecting society with robotics x technology." To achieve this mission, we are developing our business around two pillars: (1) recurring solutions for real-world sites, and (2) social implementation through joint development with leading companies in various industries.

Last fiscal year, driven by our recurring solutions, we successfully expanded into high-profit businesses. Moving forward, under the new management structure effective April 2026, we will further enhance corporate value through the following three initiatives, in addition to our existing business development:

(1) Evolving recurring solutions into total solutions (Enhancing customer added value and expanding our unique multi-technology integrated solutions) (2) M&A and capital and business alliances with companies that have business synergies (Accelerating business growth by welcoming companies that can grow together as part of our group) (3) Accelerating social implementation through joint development with leading companies in various industries (Accelerating multi-unit deployment after development and integrated solutions with quadruped robots, etc.)
