A leading specialist in drone legal affairs and licensing in Japan. Widely known in the industry as a pioneer in legal support for drone business startups and school operations, as well as permit applications to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT).
As a member of the Cabinet Office's Regulatory Reform Promotion Council and MLIT's advisory board, he is deeply involved in rule-making for the drone industry and has experience in personnel exchange with MLIT. He is active as a bridge between the administration and the field.

Tsukasa Nakama - Japan Multicopter Association (JMA)
Achieved Japan's first internal inspection of a 230m-class chimney using a drone, a task difficult in non-GNSS environments. Pioneered inspection methods for advanced plant equipment such as Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) units and Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG). Has a track record in infrastructure inspection and disaster investigation fields, proposing advanced technologies like full scanning of chimney interiors and exteriors using LiDAR.
