Ivress Co., Ltd. Absorbs and Merges with Human Resources Company (Subsidiary)

Ivress Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Osaka), which operates a wide range of businesses in cybersecurity and IT, has absorbed and merged with its wholly-owned human resources subsidiary, AltNate Co., Ltd. (Yaesu, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "AltNate").

The purpose of this absorption-type merger is to integrate human resources and related business management resources within the Ivress Group, thereby accelerating decision-making, improving business operational efficiency, and enhancing service quality.
Through this, our company aims to further expand its business and improve customer value by leveraging the know-how and network that AltNate has cultivated.

After the merger, AltNate's business and services will continue as the HR business division within our company, and there will be no changes to the services provided to existing clients and job seekers.
