For two days, May 4th (Monday/Holiday) and May 5th (Tuesday/Holiday), the "Jiyugaoka Sweets Festa" was held in Jiyugaoka, and the experiential event "AOZORA South Town" took place in the South Exit area. This event, which allows children to experience various "work experiences" throughout the town, is a collaboration between the Jiyugaoka South Exit Shopping Street Association and Sanno University, celebrating its third year. Its Communications Inc. (Head Office: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Miyoshi Kanai; hereinafter "Itscom") cooperated as one of the work experience providers and also broadcast a special program covering the event live on Itscom Channel. *Archive distribution is also available on Itscom's official YouTube channel.*

Many booths were exhibited mainly along the Kuhonbutsugawa Greenway, and various "work experiences" were offered at booths and actual stores, bringing liveliness to the entire town.

"AOZORA South Town" is characterized by realistic work experiences linked with actual stores and other facilities. Children challenged a wide range of occupations, from station staff and bank clerks, shop staff and beauticians, to police forensic experience and artist experience. Some even experienced "real work sites" that they usually wouldn't know, such as interacting with actual customers and arranging products in stores during business hours. As a reward for their work, children were paid with "Yumezora Bills," an event-specific currency. By using the money they earned themselves to enjoy shopping and experiences, they naturally learned the series of economic activities: "earning" and "spending." Many families with children participated, and the entire town was bustling.

- Toy store work: In-store sales experience - Bank clerk work: Bill counting experience - Police (forensics) work: Fingerprint collection experience

- Artist work: "Planet Art" creation experience - Idol work: Stage performance - Sundry shop staff work: Folding and displaying clothes in an actual store

Itscom also participated in this event starting this year, based at "iTSCOM Spot & Studio Jiyugaoka," which opened last December. They provided a TV production work experience. Children took on roles such as announcer, director, teleprompter operator, and switcher, experiencing the behind-the-scenes of program production. They felt the tension and fun as if it were a real broadcast.

- TV production staff work experience at iTSCOM Spot & Studio Jiyugaoka - Experiencing switcher and teleprompter operation using broadcasting equipment - Showing cue cards to performers and counting down

Furthermore, on the 5th, a special program reporting on this event was broadcast live from the same studio. Students from Sanno University, who planned and operated the event, served as MCs and reporters. They provided live reports from the event venue, interviewed children who participated in work experiences, and also featured talks with the chairman and vice-chairman of the shopping street association as guests. The program introduced the event's content and had a segment conveying the efforts of the university students who had diligently prepared for this day, showcasing the charm of "AOZORA South Town" from multiple perspectives. At the end of the program, there was a message VTR of gratitude from junior students to their seniors who were central to the operation, concluding the one-hour broadcast with a warm afterglow.
