iTSCOM Participates in Ricoh BlackRams Tokyo 'Universal Day 2026' as a Sustainability Partner

iTS COMMUNICATIONS INC. (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Mie Kanai, hereinafter 'iTSCOM') agrees with the purpose of 'Universal Day 2026,' to be held by Ricoh BlackRams Tokyo on Sunday, April 5, 2026, during the NTT Japan Rugby League One 2025-26 Round 14 match against Kobelco Kobe Steelers at Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium, and will participate as a sustainability partner.

By filming the Universal Day and broadcasting it as a special program on the iTSCOM Channel*, iTSCOM aims to promote the creation of a rugby viewing environment that everyone can enjoy and convey the appeal of regional sports. Furthermore, it will set up a 'Kids' Space Supported by iTSCOM' to provide an environment where families with small children and individuals with disabilities can experience the fun and appeal of rugby.

## Overview of the Sustainability Partnership

Through the sustainability partnership concluded with Ricoh BlackRams Tokyo in December 2025, iTSCOM has been working on promoting regional exchange starting from rugby, advancing diversity, and creating opportunities for children to familiarize themselves with sports.

## Concept of Universal Day

'Universal Day,' organized by Ricoh BlackRams Tokyo, is a one-day event based on the concept of 'realizing a rugby viewing environment that everyone can enjoy.' It aims to allow everyone, with or without disabilities, to comfortably enjoy rugby at the stadium. On the day of the event, an environment ensuring safe attendance and viewing will be established, such as setting up roped-off areas exclusively for wheelchairs, and wheelchair users who feel hurdles in stadium viewing and their families will be invited.

Additionally, contents where attendees can experience diverse rugby activities such as wheelchair rugby and blind rugby will be provided.

## iTSCOM's Initiatives at Universal Day

## 1. Production and Broadcast of a Special Program on iTSCOM Channel

iTSCOM will cover and film the Universal Day and broadcast it as a special program on the iTSCOM Channel.
The program will showcase the invited wheelchair users and their families enjoying watching rugby at the stadium and interacting with Ricoh BlackRams Tokyo players.
Furthermore, it will feature scenes of participants experiencing wheelchair rugby, deaf rugby, and blind rugby, along with their comments, conveying the fun and appeal of rugby through diverse communication.
It will also introduce various support systems provided to ensure everyone can enjoy viewing, such as voice-to-text tools for those with hearing impairments and in-stadium radio for the visually impaired to enjoy live commentary audibly.
Through these efforts, iTSCOM will promote the social contribution activities advanced by Ricoh BlackRams Tokyo and the appeal of rugby.

At iTSCOM, the 'Smile Team,' consisting of employees with mild disabilities, performs tasks utilizing their respective strengths and skills.
On the day of the event, members of the Smile Team will participate in operational tasks as Universal Day staff.
