Forest Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yugawara Town, Ashigarakami District, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Koji Ishida) has acquired the land and buildings of "Forest Resort Conifer Iwabitsu" (Ohaza-Haracho, Higashi-Agatsuma Town, Agatsuma District, Gunma Prefecture), which it was entrusted to operate by Suginami Ward, Tokyo. In addition to continuing its operation as an accommodation facility, the company has signed an agreement that includes priority slots for ward residents and subsidies for their accommodation costs. (Operations will continue as its own property from March 26, 2026).

"Forest Resort Conifer Iwabitsu," located in Higashi-Agatsuma Town, Gunma Prefecture, is an experiential resort facility that leverages its vast grounds surrounded by rich nature, allowing guests to enjoy sports, leisure, and natural hot springs simultaneously. Future plans include enhancing services for team sports, families, and pet owners, as well as facilities catering to diverse needs such as corporate training and school trips.
