At its booth, ITOKI will introduce "Reserve Any," a meeting room reservation system that solves the problem of insufficient meeting rooms the more it is used. The system proposes improving the utilization rate and optimizing the operation of various office resources, such as not only meeting rooms but also private booths and seats.

In recent years, with the trend of returning to the office, there has been a growing need to utilize various office spaces, including meeting rooms, more efficiently. At the same time, issues such as difficulty in understanding the availability of necessary spaces, challenges in securing spaces suitable for specific purposes, and the tendency for on-site operations to become complex have become apparent.
