ITFOR Holds 2026 Welcome Ceremony, Welcoming a Record 73 New Employees

ITFOR Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Sakata) held a welcome ceremony on April 1, 2026, for 73 new employees. This number is approximately double that of the previous year and marks a record high, as part of a recruitment drive to achieve the FY2033 Vision. By welcoming these new members, our company will further strengthen its organizational structure and steadily advance. Our company is focusing on new graduate recruitment and human resource development to further strengthen our business and realize our 10-year vision, the FY2033 Vision "HIGH FIVE 2033." As part of these efforts, this fiscal year we welcomed 73 new employees, which is about twice as many as last year and a record high. At the entrance ceremony, the President and CEO delivered words of encouragement to the new employees and explained the company's management philosophy and goals. There were also congratulatory messages from the Chairman and other internal and external directors. The new employees listened with serious and tense expressions, taking notes as they began their professional careers. The new employees will be assigned to their respective departments after a training period of about two months for sales positions and about eight months for engineering positions.
