In this season's awards, approximately 1,300 products and services from Japan and overseas were selected, and trends in popular products and services were revealed based on approximately 157,000 real reviews submitted to ITreview.

What is the ITreview Grid Award? It is ITreview's unique award that visualizes product reputation from both satisfaction and recognition, based on user reviews of actual product usage. Announced quarterly, products that meet the criteria are given two titles:

Leader: Products with high satisfaction and recognition, leading the industry. High Performer: Products with particularly high user satisfaction, expected to grow further.

As an award that provides the most reliable standard—"the voices of actual users"—in the product selection process, it is widely watched not only by IT departments but also by various other departments, from management to on-site staff, and is utilized by many companies as an important indicator for product selection.

Introducing some first-time award-winning products Awards are given based on approximately 157,000 user reviews posted by March 2026, with 30 products receiving awards for the first time this year.

Among the first-time award-winning products, the selection of AI-powered products stood out across a wider range of business areas, including presentation, video editing, and manual creation, in addition to hot areas like text generation AI and AI meeting minute creation. AI utilization is not limited to specific tasks but is becoming established at a practical level.

Furthermore, in core business areas such as attendance management, sales management, and labor management, SaaS solutions that prioritize practical usability continue to be highly evaluated, reaffirming the importance of IT utilization as a foundation for supporting operational efficiency.
