Announcement Regarding Capital Participation in AGENCIA Inc., a DX Solution Provider Utilizing 360° Imaging and AI

Itochu Enex Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Nobuyuki Tabata) and Itochu Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & COO: Keita Ishii) announced their agreement to acquire shares from Jean-Pierre, founder of AGENCIA Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; CEO: Jean-Pierre), and participate in its capital. AGENCIA is a technology company that provides SaaS/PaaS DX solutions leveraging 360° image generation/analysis technology and AI for various sectors, including mobility. One of its core services, "360°Car®," facilitates the creation and utilization of 360° vehicle images, contributing to enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency. Through this capital participation, the companies aim to combine AGENCIA's "360° image x AI" technology with Itochu's customer base, on-site network, and sales capabilities to achieve DX implementation and business expansion in mobility-related fields. Specific initiatives include exploring the introduction of AGENCIA's services, such as "360°Car®," into Itochu Group companies, including WECARS. This is expected to strengthen sales by improving the appeal of vehicle information, standardize used car appraisal through image and information standardization, and streamline operations like shooting and listing. Moving forward, collaborations are anticipated across a wide range of Itochu's mobility businesses, including used car sales/purchases, auto auctions (AA), and CS (Car Life Station) networks. AGENCIA and Itochu will proceed with concrete discussions on these collaborations. "360°Car®" enables 360° omnidirectional vehicle image capture and AI-powered image recognition and classification. "360°Car®" was awarded a Guinness World Records™ title for "Largest online album of 360° car views" on October 31, 2025. AGENCIA Inc. was established on September 10, 2021, with its headquarters in Nagoya, Aichi. Its business involves the planning, software development, sales, and operation of SaaS/PaaS 360° image generation services using 360° image generation technology and artificial intelligence technology.
