The sales floor area will be expanded to approximately three times its current size, to about 90 tsubo (approx. 298㎡), transforming it into a new store that blends into Kinshicho's daily life, combining 'Sydney's' deep counseling expertise, cherished by the community for 30 years since its opening, with @cosme STORE's unique highly navigable store layout.

The interior design incorporates a retro-modern touch to the traditional @cosme STORE aesthetic, creating a space that combines excitement and comfort. Furthermore, by introducing the electronic ticketing system 'AirWAIT,' anyone can easily request counseling and touch-ups, which have been well-received by customers at 'Sydney,' without the anxiety of 'not knowing who to talk to' or 'feeling a psychological barrier when talking to a beauty advisor.' Moreover, even during crowded times, waiting times can be predicted, allowing for a stress-free experience.

The product lineup will significantly expand from the previous 31 brands to approximately 360 brands.
